We ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Most orders are shipped between 24 - 72 hours after being received. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Alfresco Heating will ship your items via UPS Ground. Shipping costs for every product can be obtained by using the shipping calculator on each product page. Additionally, you will see your total shipping cost when you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.
At Alfresco Heating, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability, each and every time. Before returning an item, you must get a Return Authorization number (to ensure proper tracking of your return). Any unused, resellable merchandise in original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). A 15% restocking fee may apply when returning certain items. Customer are responsible for shipping items back and shipping charges are not refundable. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt. Open your package and inspect upon receipt.
Purchasers will be refunded their purchase price less the actual original shipping costs to the customer. Alfresco Heating assumes the "ship to" costs ("free shipping") only on purchases that are not returned. Defective merchandise after the 15 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately and we will replace the item at our expense. Defective items will only be replaced for the same item. |
