The Di Napoli ships as a complete five-piece set — oven, stainless steel hearth, enclosure, chimney stack, and arched front — pre-assembled and ready to be installed into a base and finished to your taste. It is the most flexible oven in the Forno de Pizza lineup, perfect for designers, contractors, and homeowners creating one-of-a-kind installations.
Dual-Fuel Wood & Gas Versatility
Cook with gas, wood, or both simultaneously. The same electronic 3V flame-sensing auto ignition and 2-inch thick single-piece refractory brick construction as the Forno and Villa deliver radiant, convection, and conduction heat for crisp crusts and bubbly cheese. Beyond pizza, use it as a smoker, grill, and bread oven.
Built-In Installation
The Di Napoli is designed for permanent installation into a masonry structure with the use of a chimney. It includes a 36-inch long, 6-inch diameter Dura-Tech double-insulated stainless steel stack and a refractory arch that finishes the front of the oven.
